Quarterly Herald Reporting Form


Quarterly reports are due on the 15th of February, May, August, and November

Report any heraldic activities relevant to your group that have occurred. (i.e. Herald meetings, commenting sessions, heraldry classes, served as Site Herald, or as Court Herald at a Baronial or Royal Court, etc.)
List any Name and Device submissions that are currently pending for your group. Please include Name of Submitters, type of submission and status.
Please list any awards that members of your local group may have received during the Quarter.
Please list any activities relevant to your office that need to be reported for this quarter. (i. e. Changes to your office, projects that you have started or finished, materials that you might need to perform your office, etc.)
Is there anything you need to perform your duties that Triskele may need to know about?
